Cookie notice
This notice explains what cookies are, which types we use, and how you can accept or reject optional cookies while still using the site.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be essential for basic functions or optional for analytics and similar purposes.
How we use cookies
North Harbor Compliance Studio uses essential cookies or local storage to remember your cookie preference so the banner does not reappear unnecessarily. If you accept, we may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate readership of field notes about audits for fintech. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to pages, forms, or engagement information.
Cookie table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| northHarborComplianceStudio_cookieConsent | Stores Accept or Reject preference for optional cookies | 1 year (localStorage) | North Harbor Compliance Studio |
| _nh_analytics | Optional aggregate measurement of page visits (only if accepted) | 6 months | North Harbor Compliance Studio |
| _nh_session | Essential session continuity for form status messaging | Session | North Harbor Compliance Studio |
Managing or disabling cookies
You can Accept or Reject optional cookies via our banner. You may also clear site data in your browser settings, which removes stored preferences and will show the banner again. Browser controls can block cookies entirely; essential site features such as reading pages remain available, though preference memory may reset.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. That request can involve technical data processed by Google according to its policies. We do not load third-party advertising cookies.
Impact of disabling
Disabling optional analytics cookies simply means we collect less information about which articles are read. Disabling all cookies or clearing localStorage may cause the consent banner to reappear and may reset form status displays after navigation.
