We process inquiry data to respond to scoping requests, prepare engagement estimates, maintain professional records, and improve site clarity. Analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand which field notes are read.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a client relationship begins, in which case retention follows the engagement letter and applicable professional record rules. Analytics data is retained according to the cookie durations listed in the cookie notice.

Processors and sharing

We may use email and hosting providers to operate the site and receive messages. We do not sell personal data. Engagement fieldwork involving client customer files is governed by separate confidentiality terms and is not collected through this public website.
