Pricing follows scope, sample size, and access — not subscription tiers
Most engagements are quoted as a fixed fee after a short scoping call. The figures below are orientation points so you can plan budgets before we open fieldwork.

Estimate factors we always ask about
- License or product type and customer geography
- Whether policies are current or mid-rewrite
- How quickly sample files can be produced under NDA
- Need for Mandarin / English dual-language deliverables
- Travel for on-site sessions versus secure remote interviews
Deposits & billing
We typically invoice 40% to reserve the fieldwork window and the balance on delivery of the findings memo or diligence pack. Informational pricing only — there is no online checkout on this site.
If scope expands mid-engagement (for example, an unexpected second product line), we pause and re-quote before additional sampling.
